We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing property sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and online inquiries.
Conduct property presentations and explain project details to clients.
Handle customer queries and guide them through the buying process.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of deals.
Participate in property exhibitions and promotional events.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred).
1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer handling and follow-up ability.
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
Fixed salary + high incentives on sales.
