Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target for by Channel and Distributor • Achieve the daily call route and follow the plan • Build Business Partnerships among key stakeholders • Identify area opportunities and potential for growth • Develop area strategy to incorporate basis Regional Plan • Achieve ‘The Picture OF Success’ according to Essilor guidelines and standards • Implement and monitor promotions and produce reports as required • Ensure product availability per Company guideline • Ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets • Ensure use of POP materials efficiently according to Essilor guidelines and standards • Give inputs to company on competitor activity and presence on a regular basis through proper MIS (Management Information System
