We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Partner Relationship Manager to manage and grow business through our ABP Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage Business Partners to achieve business targets.
Train and motivate partners on products, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
Drive sales growth through effective partner engagement and business planning.
Ensure high partner satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving queries.
Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of revenue and productivity goals.
Maintain strong coordination with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and after-sales support.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work with channel partners and drive sales through influence and support.
Self-motivated with a strong achievement orientation.
