Job Title: Franchise Development Executive

Department: Business Development
Location: Ahmedabad Head Office (with travel as required)
Reports To: Franchise Development Manager

We are rapidly expanding across India through a franchise model and seeking driven professionals to join our growth journey.

Role Purpose

To manage and nurture franchise leads, coordinate meetings, and support the franchise development team in achieving sales and expansion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound franchise inquiries

• Conduct initial calls and qualify potential leads

• Share franchise presentations, kits, and proposals

• Schedule and coordinate franchise demos and meetings

• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups

• Support the Franchise Manager in documentation and closures

• Coordinate with the onboarding and operations teams post-sign-up

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Business / Marketing / Commerce (MBA preferred)

• 0–5 years’ experience in Franchise Sales / Business Development / Telesales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Good understanding of CRM tools and sales processes

• Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive approach
