Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or support targets.
Update CRM or call records accurately.
Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth operations.
