Role & Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads received through various channels.
Understand client requirements and provide the right solutions to convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure engagement and long-term relationships.
Share timely updates and reports with the Sales Manager.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates only.
Prior experience in derma/cosmetic industry (have knowledge about cosmeceuticals hair and skin care products).
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in handling inbound leads and client interactions is a plus.
Quick learner with a positive, energetic attitude.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
