Job descriptions :
Identify and acquire new customers through Reference , Market portfolio , and branch walk-ins.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote and sell HDFC Life insurance products to prospective and existing customers.
Maintain good relationship with customers for long-term association.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and assist in documentation.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or grievances.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and issue resolution.
Maintain daily activity reports, sales funnel, and follow-ups.
Participate in regular training for product and process knowledge.
Follow all regulatory and company compliance requirements.
Candidate profile :
2 year any field sales work experience.
Age : 22 to 39
Graduation Any steam.
