• Supervise and lead all store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

• Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed store targets and KPIs

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution

• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures

• Monitor store operations including cash handling, billing, opening and closing procedures

• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness according to brand guidelines

• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on store performance

• Implement promotions, pricing changes, and marketing activities

• Enforce health and safety compliance and company policies

• Coordinate with head office and other departments for smooth operations
