Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive
Reporting To: Sales Head / Director
To provide excellent customer service, guide clients through product selection, generate sales orders, and ensure a premium buying experience across Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bathware, Lighting, and Furniture categories.
• Greet customers professionally and understand their needs.
• Show and explain product features, finishes, and price points clearly.
• Prepare quotations and convert them into confirmed sales orders.
• Ensure every customer is offered relevant complementary products (upselling & cross-selling).
• Maintain updated product knowledge on tiles, sanitaryware, bathware, and lighting.
• Coordinate with billing and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
• Follow up with clients for quotation closures and pending payments.
• Maintain proper entry of all walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM / Google Sheet.
• Ensure the display area is well-maintained and all samples are clean and properly tagged.
• Assist in creating attractive display arrangements and ensure stock labels are accurate.
• Report by 9:00 AM in uniform and attend daily morning briefing.
• Check pending quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed orders for the day.
• Update walk-in and lead status regularly in the sales tracker.
• Keep showroom clean and product displays ready for clients.
• Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) to the Sales Head by 7:00 PM.
• Follow up with field sales clients and assist them during showroom visits.
• Age: 25–45 years
• Education: Graduate preferred (any stream)
• Experience: 1–3 years in retail or showroom sales (tiles/bathware/interior products preferred)
• Skills: Product presentation, communication, persuasion, and closing ability
• Language: Hindi required; English preferred
• Software: Basic Excel / Google Sheets, quotation software, WhatsApp communication
• Maintain professional grooming and polite communication at all times.
• Never promise discounts; follow the company’s fixed-price policy.
• Avoid personal mobile use during showroom hours.
• Keep product knowledge updated and participate in internal training sessions.
• Handle client issues calmly and inform the Sales Head of any escalations immediately.

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience)
