Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do
● Responsible for the preparation of attendance leave statement employee wise for processing salary on the defined target date for salary disbursement into their bank account.
● Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
● Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
● Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
● Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
● Staying current on the organization’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
● Handling all the queries of the employees be it related to salary, leaves and attendance etc.
● Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees related to P.F., E.S.I.C, Medical insurance etc.
● Completing timely reports on employment activity regularly and accurately
● Conducting exit interviews wherever required and looping the feedback into the hiring strategy
Qualifications & Skills/What You Need
● At least 2-3 years of working experience in a relative field
● Comfortable with presenting data and incorporating it into reporting across multiple levels of the organization
● Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
● Strategic, analytical and creative thinker; able to create and develop new methods for improvement
● Goal orientated: ability to stay focused on delivering results
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals across all organizational levels required
