We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team.   • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications

  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards

  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives

  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly

  • Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer release and onboarding process
