Job Description

Job Profile:

  • Understanding the job description and doing proper research about the profile and client's industry.

  • Screening cvs as per the JD and key skill is given.

  • Need to work on both technical and nontechnical profiles.

  • Taking Telephonic/VC interviews of the candidates

  • Need to work on top Job Portals

  • Social Hiring

  • Data Management and Co-ordination


Week offs- All Sundays and 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Office Time- 9:30am  to 6:30pm

Salary: 10k to 25k + Very Good Monthly Incentive(No upper limit of earning incentives).


Candidate Profile:

  •  Good communication skills. (English)

  •  Extremely self-motivated and hard-working with a go-getting attitude.

  •  Good Presentation Skills.

  • Result-oriented.

  •  Knowledge about computers (MS Office, emailing).

  •  Passionate about recruitment.

  •  Willingness to make a career in the recruitment field only.

Note: Proper Job Training will be provided.
