We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical positions in the manufacturing and engineering industry. The candidate must have strong portal knowledge and practical recruitment experience for plant-level and staff-level roles.

Work Type:

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Must have experience hiring for Production, Fabrication, and Engineering roles like: Fitter, Welder, Grinder Man, Lathe & CNC Operator, Production Supervisor, Purchase Officer, Storekeeper, and Accounts Executive.

• Job posting and candidate sourcing through free job portals such as: Indeed, Work India, Apna, Naukri Free Portal, Quikr Jobs, and social media hiring.

• Maintaining candidate databases, tracking interviews, and ensuring timely closures.

• Coordination with department heads for manpower planning and requirement analysis.

Skillset:

• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing/manpower recruitment.

• Familiarity with blue-collar and white-collar hiring.

• Proficient in using free job portals and digital sourcing tools.

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Strong follow-up ability and negotiation skills.

• Hands-on experience in resume screening, telephonic interviews, and joining formalities.
