Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) candidates.
Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents as per NAPS guidelines.
Liaise with clients, training partners, and internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Ensure timely registration of candidates on the NAPS portal.
Maintain accurate data and prepare reports related to onboarding activities.
Resolve candidate queries and support them throughout the joining process.
Track and update onboarding status in internal systems.
Ensure compliance with NAPS norms and organizational policies.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
Understanding of NAPS or government apprenticeship processes (preferred).
