Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to clients and follow up with both clients and candidates during the hiring process.
Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process, from interview schedules to final placements.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and placements in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on the recruitment progress.
Market Research & Industry Trends:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Proactively recommend changes in hiring strategies and help clients stay competitive in the market
