Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented Bulk Hiring Recruiter to handle high-volume recruitment for Non-IT roles such as customer support, sales, delivery, and back-office operations. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight deadlines
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for various Non-IT positions.

• Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, social media, walk-ins, campus drives, and referrals.

• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face screenings to ensure candidate suitability.

• Organize and coordinate mass interview drives (onsite/virtual).

• Maintain candidate databases and daily hiring reports.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth onboarding.
