Bloofield Management Services Llp in Pune, Tingre Nagar is looking for an experienced Compliance Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle. This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks. KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Developing and Implementing Compliance Programs: 

• Crafting compliance policies and procedures:

This involves understanding relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards and translating them into actionable guidelines for the organization.

• Establishing and maintaining compliance documentation:

This includes keeping track of policies, procedures, training materials, and audit results.

• Ensuring alignment with organizational goals:

Compliance programs should be integrated into the overall business strategy to be effective.

2. Monitoring and Assessing Compliance:

• Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments:

This involves evaluating the effectiveness of compliance programs and identifying potential weaknesses. 

• Monitoring operational processes and procedures:

Ensuring that all departments and employees are following established compliance guidelines. 

• Staying updated on regulatory changes:

Keeping abreast of new laws, regulations, and industry standards and adjusting compliance programs accordingly. 

3. Managing Compliance Risks:

• Identifying potential compliance risks:

This involves analyzing internal and external factors that could lead to non-compliance. 

• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies:

This may include creating new policies, procedures, or training programs to address specific risks. 

• Investigating compliance issues:

Addressing potential violations, gathering evidence, and implementing corrective actions. 

4. Training and Communication:

• Providing compliance training to staff: Ensuring that employees understand their compliance responsibilities and how to avoid non-compliance. 

• Communicating compliance information to management: Reporting on compliance performance, risk assessments, and potential issues. 

• Serving as a point of contact for compliance inquiries: Addressing questions and concerns from employees and management. 

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Preparing compliance reports for management: Providing regular updates on compliance performance and risk assessments. 

• Maintaining documentation of compliance activities: Creating records of policies, procedures, audits, training, and investigations. 

• Escalating compliance issues: Bringing serious violations or risks to the attention of senior management.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar roles. Strong communication skills, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in sourcing techniques are essential. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are a must.
