Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Relations & Front Desk Duties

• Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.

• Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and services.

• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues to the Manager when required.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.

• Maintain proper guest records and reservation details.

3. Administrative Duties

• Handle billing, invoices, and cash/credit card transactions.

• Maintain the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Update daily check-in/out reports for management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi).

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel booking software).

• Professional grooming and presentation.

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a smile.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field.

• Prior experience in hotels/resorts/front office preferred.

• Strong communication and a service-oriented attitude may also apply.
