About the Role:

I’m looking for a smart, reliable, and organized Personal Assistant who can stay close to my daily routine — managing calls, schedules, meetings, and travel. You’ll help me stay on top of tasks, record discussions, handle personal work when needed, and make sure every day runs smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being proactive, flexible, and ready to travel when required.

Responsibilities:

Attend, record, and summarize meetings.

Handle and screen calls, messages, and emails.

Maintain daily calendar and remind about upcoming tasks or appointments.

Brief the boss each morning with the day’s plan and priorities.

Manage travel bookings, events, and logistics.

Accompany during business trips or personal events when required.

Run personal or professional errands when needed.

Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Tech-friendly (Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Excel, etc.).

Flexible with travel and work hours.

Trustworthy, calm, and professional.
