Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Front Desk Receptionist located in Ooty. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, answering

phone calls, handling guest inquiries, and processing check-ins and check-outs. The receptionist will also perform various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining

records. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties

• Strong Clerical Skills including data entry and record keeping

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations professionally

• Experience using hotel management software is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent
