We are looking for a skilled and responsible Water Softener Service Technician to handle the installation checks, regular maintenance, and servicing of domestic and commercial water softeners. The technician will be responsible only for servicing and maintenance tasks — no sales or installation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine servicing and maintenance of water softener systems at customer sites.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair water softeners and related components.

• Regenerate resin tanks and replace filter media when required.

• Check salt levels, pressure, flow rate, and water quality during service visits.

• Maintain service records, log sheets, and customer feedback forms.

• Ensure all tools and spare parts are well maintained and accounted for.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service schedules and system status.

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols during on-site service activities.

• Report any major issues or customer complaints to the Service Supervisor.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing field preferred.

• Minimum 6 months to 1year of experience in water softener or water treatment system servicing.

• Strong understanding of softener operation, regeneration cycles, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to use service tools and test equipment.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
