Base Criteria for Technical Hiring
Evaluator Criteria-
1. 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
2. ITI/Diploma.
3. No service advisor experience.
4. No commercial vehicle experience.
5. No rival company experience
6. Experience in OEM based companies
7. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
8. Can read and understand basic English.
9. License and Driving skills are mandatory
10. It is a field job. He must visit the customer’s place and evaluate the car.
I4 Criteria-
1. Above 6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
2. ITI/Diploma.
3. No service advisor experience.
4. No commercial vehicle experience.
5. No rival company experience
6. Experience in OEM based companies
7. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
8. Can read and understand basic English.
9. License and Driving skills are mandatory.
10. An i4 will be a point of delivery who will inspect the car after refurbishment.
Technician Criteria-
1. Above 3 years of car technician/mechanic experience.
2. No service advisor experience.
3. No commercial vehicle experience.
4. No rival company experience
5. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
KRA –
1. Identify and repair issues in used vehicles.
2. Strong knowledge of vehicle components such as installs, repairs, maintenance&
Repairs, etc. Repairs knowledge is mandatory.
Senior Technician Criteria-1. Above 5 years of car technician/mechanic experience
2. No service advisor experience.
3. No commercial vehicle experience.
4. No rival company experience
5. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
KRA –
1. Identify and repair issues in used vehicles.
2. Strong knowledge of vehicle components such as installs, repairs, maintenance&
Repairs, etc. Repairs knowledge is mandatory.Chief General Technician-
1. 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience and total experience should be more than
10 years.
2. ITI/Diploma.
3. No service advisor experience.
4. No commercial vehicle experience.
5. No rival company experience
6. Experience in OEM based companies
7. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
8. Can read and understand basic English.
Role –
Under the supervision of the Workshop in charge responsible for End-to-end ownership of
vehicles refurb cost and quality. Responsible for diagnosis of component level failures in
vehicles.
KRA –
1. Getting the repair work done from Technician/ Sr Technician
2. Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles and
completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, and tire
rotations.
3. Maintains vehicles’ functional condition by listening to operator complaints and
conducting inspections.
4. Repairs mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replaces parts and
components.
5. Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls, and
updating systems.
6. Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and
combustion control standards.
7. Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
8. Compiles vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
9. Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions,
troubleshooting breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
10.Contains costs by keeping track of warranties and evaluating service and parts
options.
11.Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
Hub Inspector Criteria-
1. 4-6 years of technician/mechanic experience.
2. Worked as Service advisor after technician.3. ITI/Diploma.
4. No rival company experience
5. Experience in OEM based companies
6. No Plant/manufacturing-based experience.
7. Can read and understand English.
8. Communication skills.
ST – Electrical Criteria –
1. Qualification minimum ITI, Diploma in Automobile or Diesel Mechanic or 10th Pass but
good experience.
2. Minimum 7 to 10 Yrs. Of experience as an Automobile/Car Electrician or Sr
Automobile/Car Electrician in any OEM.
3. 4-wheeler driving would be a plus point.
4. Age - Max. 35 years
5. No Service Advisor exp, No Plant / Manufacturing based exp
KRA -

2. Strong knowledge of vehicle components such as installs, repairs, maintenance&
Repairs, etc. Repairs knowledge is mandatory.
Note-
• If initially worked in a plant/manufacturing and then has 4 or more years of
experience in technician/mechanic, then it can be considered for evaluator
role.
• If worked as a service advisor after 7-8 years of technician experience, then it can
be considered for evaluator.
