We are seeking a high-performing and dynamic Marketing Manager – Corporate Travel Sales to expand our corporate customer base. This role involves meeting corporate leaders, closing deals, generating long-term business and maintaining key account relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong business development skills in travel or related industries.
· Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients to expand the company’s business portfolio.
· Present travel management solutions with value-driven proposals tailored to client needs.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in companies.
· Ensure regular follow-ups, business reviews, and client satisfaction.
· Work closely with the operations and ticketing teams for seamless service delivery.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with proactive revenue strategies.
· Maintain updated sales pipelines, CRM reports, and market intelligence.
· Participate in industry events, trade shows, and corporate networking activities.
· Support branding initiatives and promotional marketing campaigns targeted at corporate travel.
· 3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Aviation industries.
· Strong understanding of corporate travel management and pricing models.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with high result-orientation and closing capabilities.
· Ability to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Tourism preferred.
