Urgent Requirement: Plasma & Laser Cutter OperatorIndustry: Electrical ManufacturingLocation: DhulagarhPreferred Candidate - Based in West Bengal or local candidates will be considered.Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year (Proven experience operating laser and/or plasma cutting machinery in a manufacturing setup)Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per monthKey Responsibilities:- Set up and operate plasma and laser cutting machines-Monitor and maintain quality standards during production-Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues-Handle raw materials and finished parts safely- Make programming adjustments as per production requirements-Maintain accurate documentation and production reports-Ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelinesRequired Skills:- Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical understanding with the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files-Software Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming and part nesting (preferred)-Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shift requirements-Communication: Effective communication skills for smooth coordination with the production team📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at hrd.utsystems@gmail.com📞 Contact: 8981297262
