Job Title: Legal Executive

Department: Legal & Compliance

Location: Ahmedabad

Role Overview

The Legal Executive will manage all legal matters related to real estate projects, including drafting, reviewing, and overseeing property-related agreements, contracts, and compliance requirements. The role demands strong knowledge of property law, RERA regulations, corporate governance, and dispute resolution to protect the company’s interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including sale deeds, agreements to sell, MoUs, and lease agreements.

• Ensure compliance with RERA, company laws, and other applicable regulations.

• Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition, project approvals, and title verification.

• Liaise with external legal advisors, advocates, and government authorities on litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

• Draft and respond to notices, legal correspondences, and other official communications.

• Maintain organized records of all legal documents, case files, and compliance reports.

• Advise management and project teams on legal risks, obligations, and dispute management.

• Track ongoing litigations and represent the company when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM).

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate legal matters.

• Strong understanding of property law, RERA compliance, and land acquisition regulations.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
