We are looking for a Phlebotomist - Home Collection to join our team to assist in medical testing and dispensing medications. The role involves handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹6000 - ₹8000 and other benefits. You will be responsible for home collection and usual work hours from 7:00am to 1:00pm, flexible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various tests, analyze samples and generate reports.

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately.

• Maintain lab equipment and pharmacy inventory.

• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.

• Educate patients on medication usage and side effects.

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with care and accuracy  

  • Label, store, and transport specimens following safety protocols  

  • Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation  

  • Provide a calm and reassuring presence during procedures

• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the lab and collection areas  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and proficiency in handling lab instruments and medications are essential. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.

• DMLT or Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
