We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at J Six Technologies to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, implement, and maintain quality standards, frameworks, and processes across the team.

• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and quality checks to ensure deliverables meet organizational and client expectations.

• Monitor team performance against quality KPIs and create reports, dashboards, and feedback loops.

• Identify gaps in processes, tools, or skills, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to embed a culture of quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure end-to-end quality alignment.

• Establish and enforce SOPs, checklists, and review mechanisms.

• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement sustainable fixes.

• Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Act as the quality champion within the organization, ensuring team accountability and ownership of quality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience.
