We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer to join our Maven workforce team and play a key role in developing next-generation hardware products. This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge high-speed board design in a technology-driven environment.
Design and develop high-speed boards with focus on FPGA and Intel-based server designs.
Work on interfaces such as JESD, SFP, QSFP, I2C, SPI, USB, PCIe, etc.
Integrate and validate memory systems (DDR3/4, eMMC, QSPI).
Conduct board bring-up, testing, and debugging of hardware modules.
Perform SI/PI analysis and ensure design compliance with performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for RF basics (Power Amplifiers, High Power/Small Signal RF) and ADC/DAC integration.
Prepare and maintain design documentation, layout guidelines, RCA/CAPA reports, and block diagrams.
Minimum Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
Experience Range: 4–8 years in Hardware Design.
Hands-on experience in high-speed design, FPGA (Xilinx/Intel), server board design, SI/PI analysis, and debugging.
Strong knowledge of hardware testing tools and documentation standards.
