Job Title: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, hoardings, and newsletters.
Create digital assets for social media posts, website banners, emailers, and digital ads.
Develop visuals for internal communications, health awareness campaigns, and hospital events.
Ensure all designs align with the hospital’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone and messaging.
Collaborate with doctors, department heads, and the marketing team to conceptualize campaign ideas.

Edit and enhance photos/videos for promotional use.

Coordinate with printers and vendors for production and ensure quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience 3 to 7 years preferred) as a graphic designer — healthcare or service industry experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.

Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and layout.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus.
