Location: Bhalswa, Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled Sublimation Designer + Printer Operator for our production unit located in Bhalswa, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sublimation design using Corel DRAW/Photoshop, and in handling sublimation printing machines and heat press equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing:  Create and edit print-ready sublimation designs for t-shirts, mugs, cushions, and other items.

 Work with Corel DRAW, Photoshop, or similar design software.

 Ensure accurate sizing and color matching before print. Printer Operation:

 Operate sublimation printers (e.g., Epson, Sawgrass) and heat press machines.

 Handle paper cutting, print transfer, and machine setup.

 Maintain print quality and troubleshoot basic printer issues.

General Duties:

 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

 Monitor stock of sublimation supplies (ink, paper, tape, etc.).

 Ensure timely completion of printing orders as per schedule.

Requirements:

 Minimum 1 year experience in sublimation designing and printing.

 Proficiency in Corel DRAW and/or Photoshop.

 Basic knowledge of color correction and print alignment.

 Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

 Residing nearby or able to commute to Bhalswa, Delhi.
