Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our Agency Channel. The core purpose of this role is to build and lead a high-performing team of Insurance Advisors (Life Mitras). You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and ensure high-quality business.

Roles & Responsibilities (In Brief)

Team Recruitment: Identify, prospect, and recruit potential Insurance Advisors (Life Mitras).

Training & Development: Provide new advisors with comprehensive training on products, sales processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Team Motivation & Management: Motivate the team, provide on-the-field support, and handle day-to-day team management.

Business Quality: Ensure high standards of persistency, business quality, and compliance with IRDAI regulations.

Key Requirements

Education: A Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline is required.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Field sales experience.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

A target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Fixed salary+incentives

Salary upto 4 lpa
