About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role requires acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits.

• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market analysis and share competitor insights.

• Provide regular sales updates and reports to the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (BFSI/FMCG/Telecom preferred).

• Strong local market knowledge in Kolkata.

• Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
