Job Purpose:
To promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, and stockists in the assigned headquarters. The MR will be responsible for achieving sales targets, converting doctors to prescribe company brands, and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies daily to promote company products.
● Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets in the assigned area.
● Ensure effective doctor conversion and brand recall through regular follow-ups.
● Conduct product presentations and detailing to doctors.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors and chemists.
● Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market.
● Prepare and submit daily call reports and secondary sales data.
● Participate in company meetings, product training, and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills:

● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in fieldwork.
● Basic knowledge of medical terminologies and pharma products.
● Good reporting and follow-up skills.
● Familiarity with Gurgaon and nearby market areas preferred.
Experience:
● 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in Pharma industry.
● B.Sc. / B.Pharma / D.Pharma / Any Graduate with science background preferred.
Gender:
● Male candidates preferred (due to extensive field travel and doctor coverage).
Age:
● 22 to 30 years
