Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in assigned territories.

• Promote staffing, training, and business support services offered by Navjyoti Global Solutions.

• Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to generate business leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and provide timely reports to the manager.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver services.

• Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 0.6 to 4 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development (Fresher with good communication skills can also apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
