Job Title: Square Marketing Executive – Apna Tender (A Square Marketing)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Office: B 133 & 135, 1st Floor, Safal Sumel 8 Business Park)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote Apna Tender’s end-to-end tender bidding services, including research, vendor enrollment, bid preparation, submission, and award tracking. This role involves driving marketing strategies, lead generation, and client engagement across government and private tender sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Plan, execute, and monitor digital, email, and offline campaigns to promote services. Work with the founders to highlight unique service benefits.
Content & Research: Create engaging blogs, emails, and social posts to educate clients. Track tender portals, spot trends, and craft value-driven content.
Client Engagement: Generate leads through outreach, newsletters, and follow-ups. Maintain CRM records and track client interactions.
Bid Support: Assist in proposal writing, documentation, and compliance checks. Develop checklists and coordinate with delivery teams.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign outcomes, website traffic, lead conversions, and bid success. Suggest improvements.
Partnerships: Explore collaborations with GeM, OEMs, or tender platforms for service promotion.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B, service, or government bidding marketing.
Skills: Strong communication (Hindi/English), campaign planning, analytics, and reporting.
Tools: Familiar with Mailchimp, CRM tools, Google Analytics, MS Office.
Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, client-focused, strong coordination.
