JOB DESCRIPTION: Field SALES EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales and Business Development:
oIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
oDevelop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners to promote our products.
oPresent and demonstrate our range of windows and doors to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features.
2.Customer Service:
oProvide exceptional service to existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
oRespond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
oConduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
3.Sales Strategy and Planning:
oDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
oConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
oPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
4.Reporting and Documentation:
oMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
oProvide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to management.
oEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the windows and doors industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
2-Wheeler Vehicle along with Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
10+2 Pass and English Proficiency
