Key Responsibilities
1. Architect & Designer Engagement
o Conduct minimum 4 physical meetings daily with architects and interior designers.
o Educate and present TGWC Germany’s luxury bathware product portfolio.
o Build and nurture long-term professional relationships to drive repeat business.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
o Capture leads from architects, designers, and site visits.
o Follow up directly with end clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
o Prepare and submit quotations within the committed TAT (Turnaround Time) to both architects and end clients.
3. Site Mapping & Market Coverage
o Visit luxury housing sites under construction in Gurgaon & South Delhi posh areas.
o Collect detailed site information including the architect, interior designer, PMC, and plumbing contractors.
o Maintain regular coverage and tracking of ongoing projects.
4. Data Management & Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of all meetings, leads, quotations, and closures.
o Provide timely reports on daily activities, client interactions, and lead status.
o Ensure the CRM/lead tracker is updated regularly and accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in business development/sales (luxury interiors, bathware, real estate, or building materials preferred).
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills with architects/interior designers.
· Ability to manage multiple leads and meet daily meeting/coverage targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
· Familiarity with Gurgaon & South Delhi luxury housing market will be an added advantage.
Performance Expectations
· Minimum 4 daily physical meetings with architects/designers.
· Timely quotation submission as per TAT.
· Regular and accurate data management.
· Monthly lead-to-conversion ratio as per targets.
