Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for CASA, FD, and Insurance products
Conduct field visits and achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with bank policies
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
