ईकॉमर्स अकाउंट मैनेजर

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Handler to manage our online marketplace operations on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, managing inventory, coordinating with internal teams, handling customer issues, and driving sales performance on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Account Management:

• Handle end-to-end operations for Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

• Ensure account health metrics are maintained (order defect rate, late shipment rate, etc.).

• Resolve account-related issues, suspensions, or policy violations.

2. Product Listings:

• Create and optimize product listings with accurate content, keywords, images, and specifications.

• Update pricing, stock levels, and variations regularly.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for listing improvement.

3. Inventory & Order Management:

• Coordinate with warehouse or operations team to manage stock and avoid out-of-stock situations.

• Monitor daily order flow and ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

• Handle returns, cancellations, and claim reimbursements (FBA/Flipkart Smart Fulfillment if applicable).

4. Advertising & Promotions:

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).

• Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, and events (Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.).

• Track ROI and optimize ad spend for maximum conversion.

5. Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor sales performance and generate weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Analyze traffic, conversion, and inventory reports to drive growth.

• Recommend data-driven actions to improve sales and customer experience.

6. Customer Service:

• Address customer queries, feedback, and negative reviews professionally.

• Coordinate with support teams of Amazon/Flipkart to resolve disputes and escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in handling Amazon & Flipkart accounts.

• Knowledge of seller portals (Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub).

• Understanding of e-commerce operations, cataloging, and digital marketing.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon FBA or Flipkart Smart Fulfillment.

• Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp.

• Familiarity with ERP/Inventory software is a plus
