Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. This role involves planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, improving SEO, and generating leads to support business growth. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram
Optimize website content and SEO performance (on-page & off-page)
Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement
Manage social media platforms and content calendars
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce engaging creatives
Identify trends and insights to improve campaign performance
Prepare monthly reports and suggest data-driven improvements
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4-7years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
Basic understanding of WordPress or HTML/CSS is a plus
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
