We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, explaining our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.

• Explain products or services to customers and resolve any queries.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote new offers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with customers.

• Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is a plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

• Fluency in [Insert Required Language(s)].
