We are seeking a motivated and professional tele-caller to join our team for Elderwise Shopping India Pvt. Ltd in Noida at our office sector16 location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to E-commerce Industry. The role offers in hand salary 15k to 25k and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

· Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

· Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.

· Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

· Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or a tele-caller role and should be proficient in English & Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work for 6 working days during the day shift.
