Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Shivajinagar, Kudlu Gate, GB Palya
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (Take Home)
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 12th Pass or any Graduate
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
Languages Preferred:
Proficiency in English and any regional language (as per process requirement)
Job Role:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve queries and provide accurate information to customers
Record details of customer interactions and maintain logs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
Good communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge
Patience and problem-solving abilities
Work Details:
6 Days Working with 1 Rotational Week Off
