Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Andheri (East) & Thane, Mumbai

Shift: Night Shift (Only for Male Candidates)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring timely renewals, resolving queries, and delivering outstanding service to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently.

• Guide customers through product and service offerings and assist with renewals.

• Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally while maintaining proper documentation.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to promote trust and loyalty.

• Follow up proactively with customers to ensure renewals and minimize churn.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as billing, technical, and operations for issue resolution.

• Prepare periodic reports and track key metrics like renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Open to male candidates only.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.

• Prior experience in customer service, relationship management, renewals, or retention roles preferred.

• Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (In-hand / CTC – to be confirmed)
