Job Title: Service & Renewals Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service & Renewals Executive to manage client relationships, provide excellent service, and assist customers in renewing their memberships. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and guide them in finding the right partner.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide professional customer support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
· Assist clients in understanding services and guide them in finding the right partner based on their preferences and requirements.
· Follow up with existing members and convince them to renew their membership by explaining the benefits and success stories.
· Handle client queries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement with the platform.
· Keep accurate records of client interactions, renewals, and feedback.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Requirements:
· Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
· Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support / Client Service / Telecalling
· Good communication and convincing skills
· Basic computer knowledge
· Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Shift Details:
· Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Day Shift)
· Working Days: 5 Days a Week
· Week Off: 2 Rotational Week-offs (Monday – Friday)
