• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Intermediate / Graduate.

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.

• Communication: Good communication skills in English and Telagu.

• Work Schedule: 6 days working per week.

• Shift: Rotational / 24x7 environment (as per business requirement).
