Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard potential companions from colleges, PGs, hostels,

gyms, and salons.

• Explain Raasaa’s membership plans and guide companions through the registration process.

• Achieve assigned monthly onboarding/revenue targets.

• Build tie-ups with local networks for lead generation.

• Maintain onboarding documentation and verification coordination.

• Provide daily and weekly reports to the City Head.

• Represent the Raasaa brand professionally in all interactions.

Requirements • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Recruitment /

Marketing.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language.

• Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with field activities.

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales partnerships
