We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team at Snapmint Credit Advisory Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor customer interactions (calls, chats, emails)
Evaluate agent performance using QA scorecards
Ensure accuracy, tone, and professionalism in responses
Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent quality
Check compliance with SOPs, scripts, and policies
Identify customer issues and suggest process improvements
Track and report quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
Conduct calibration sessions to maintain scoring consistency
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
