🕒 Duty Shifts:
Morning Shift – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Evening Shift – 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to standard recipes and brand guidelines.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Rebel Foods’ standards.
Assist in order packaging, dispatch, and labeling.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI norms.
Handle raw materials, stock management, and daily mise-en-place.
Follow instructions from MOD (Manager on Duty) and kitchen leads.
Report any equipment or operational issues to the supervisor.
Support smooth shift handovers between morning and evening teams.
Minimum education: 10th pass or above.
Basic knowledge of cooking or prior kitchen/restaurant experience preferred.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn multiple cuisines (Indian, Biryani, Chinese, etc.).
Physically fit to handle long working hours.
Punctual, responsible, and disciplined attitude.
