Job Overview:

EduGorilla Community Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Content to manage and mentor a team of 30 to 40 content professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project growth, enhancing content quality, and ensuring measurable contributions to company revenue. The role demands strong leadership, flexibility, and the ability to handle dynamic situations with efficiency and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 30–40 content writers, editors, and quality analysts.

Strategize and execute content plans that align with project goals and organizational growth.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across various domains and formats.

Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and conduct regular feedback sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure content supports business and revenue objectives.

Identify process improvements to enhance team productivity and output quality.

Manage deadlines, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve challenges proactively.

Maintain flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, client needs, and project demands.

Drive innovation and creativity to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in content creation or management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong command over written English and excellent editing/proofreading skills.

Proven ability to handle large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations with professionalism and flexibility.
